Brief Description: A Project Manager is responsible for engaging with clients to discuss project goals and scope, and for preparing detailed fee proposals for new work. Oversee the design and development of civil engineering project elements, including site layout, grading, utilities, and erosion control plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, governing agencies, and consultants to ensure project requirements and timelines are met. Supervise and coordinate the work of CAD operators and land surveyor personnel, providing direction and reviewing technical drawings for accuracy and quality. Ensure effective team collaboration and manage project workflows from concept through completion. Review invoices prior to client submission to confirm alignment with project progress and contractual terms.

Education Required: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Skills Required: 24 months of Civil Engineer

Salary Base: $68,500 – $72,000.00 per year
