Donnie Stovall is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer working in geotechnical, utility, and site development. Most of his design work has been in site development, with projects ranging from small to medium commercial sites, COE/US Military design/build projects, and residential developments of all sizes. These projects require expertise in site planning, roadway design, hydraulics and hydrology, and utility infrastructure.
