Richard Stubbs has over 25 years of experience in Property Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Construction Site Layout. Richard also has over 20 years of experience with Autocad and other Cad Software along with experiences with residential and commercial subdivision design, Hydraulics and Hydrology calculations for storm sewers and floodplains, experience with floodplain analysis and design, and over 2 years of experience with drone-captured high-resolution aerial photos for orthomosaics and 3D models.
